VINELAND-MILLVILLE URBAN ENTERPRISE ZONE FIVE-YEAR PLAN

The Vineland-Millville Joint Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ) has completed a five-year plan for the period of 2024-2029. This document details the characteristics of the UEZ, recent accomplishments of the Zone, and a thorough discussion of the outreach undertaken in order to develop the plan. In addition, the plan articulates the goals and strategies for the next five years and delineates a plan for the implementation of projects to support those goals.
